The staff was very helpful and carried bags. Location directly faces the beach. Short walk lead to Walking Street with bars. Beach lights shine at night.

The room's cleanliness need improvement as some areas were not properly maintained.

The room was big with a huge bathroom. Room cleaning happens when asked by the guest. The cottage has a comfortable bed and also a small refrigerator is included.

The hotel location sits directly on the beach. Pattaya Beach Pier is very close to the hotel. Any point on the island is quickly reachable on foot. The hotel location offers convenient access.

Staff helped a lot when my daughter got stung. The restaurant waiter are helpful and friendly. The staff were very care and nice. Staff carries the bags to the rooms.

The location ON the beach was a real plus. the air conditioning unit in the room worked great, I was comfortable.

My room, a superior double room, needed some love, it was run-down. The wi-fi only worked in the reception AREA.

i found the location excellent. deck chairs and bean bags were conveniently available. reclining chairs and tables with umbrellas were placed right in front of the sea. bar, restaurant, and rotis were also available right on the beach. the wi-fi worked perfectly fine.

my only complaint is that the cottage was slightly dated. i noticed that old doors and windows had been plastered over. this started to show.

the staff carried bags and offered help when needed! they were quick to address my inquiries and provided useful information about local attractions and services. the service was available 24/7.

the hotel is situated near the beach, very close to the main street. this positioning allowed easy access to restaurants and shops. reaching the beach only required a few steps from the room.
